According to Relevo, Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti views Endrick as too inexperienced to assume a prominent role in the first team at this time. The Italian coach does not intend to immediately elevate the 18-year-old forward to a regular starter for Los Blancos, believing that Endrick requires more time to adapt to the higher level of competition in La Liga compared to Brazilian football.

Ancelotti's approach is focused on allowing Endrick to develop in three crucial areas: physical conditioning, technical skills, and tactical understanding. The aim is to gradually prepare the teenager for a more significant role in the squad.

Endrick, however, is reportedly becoming increasingly frustrated with his limited playing time and may seek a loan move if he remains unable to secure regular minutes on the pitch.

Ancelotti's strategy for Endrick mirrors the role he assigned to Arda Güler last season. The Turkish winger started only five matches and did not feature in the Champions League, indicating that the coach is prepared to take a similar developmental approach with Endrick, prioritizing gradual integration over immediate prominence.
